Trailer Dining & Tool Cabinet Manufacturing

The production of truck lockers is carried out in-house for OEMs.

Sheet metal forming processes begin with laser cutting, continue with pressing and bending processes; then, the locker parts are assembled using robotic and manual welding operations.

The completed lockers are transferred to the paint line, where PVC application is performed using 2 high-pressure pumps. Afterwards, the lockers are subjected to a baking process, where they are cured at specific temperatures to complete the surface protection process.

In the final stage, the lockers are transferred to the assembly line where locks, hinges, and other consumables are installed, and the products are made ready for shipment.
